Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. – Ecclesiastes 12:13-14
Therefore, do not be foolish but understand what the will of the Lord is. – Ephesians 5:17
For this is the will of God, that by doing good you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish people.
– 1 Peter 2:15
“Conviction,” all the definitions of this word come with weight. What is God doing? What am I doing for God? What are my bounds that I should speak of no one and speak only of Godly things? For God is not interested in the slightest about the outward appearances of the surface, but rather the inner white garments that cannot be spotted by the world. Walking blameless in its radical true form means I am exactly where I am because I’ve looked to no other for qualification, I’ve spoken of no other for justification, and I have affirmed with authority and zeal exactly who, what, where, why and how I have affirmed it, bidden or not bidden, just or unjust, good or evil. Am I loved, am I love, am I blessed, have I blessed? Yes, yes, or no, no? We have in God’s will authority, power, and authenticity, by which to displace the ignorance of fools with the awareness and hope of the wise. For my duty is His cross on my shoulder. Bless. – Shawn Greathouse
